RECOMMENDED STAY is 5 days in which you will have an astonishing variety of activities to do

Day 1 - Boat out to sea, for scuba, snorkel, swim with dolphins or whalewatching.
Day 2 - Boat on the lakes - 3 lake tour
Day 3 - Canoeing - best birdwatching (Pels Fishing owl and Palmnut vulture) not to mention hippos and crocs
Day 4 - Horse riding
Day 5 - Tembe Elephant Reserve
In between - We supplement the primary activities for the day with cultural activities, beach trips, hiking and end most days with sundowners at our hippopools. See list of activities elsewhere.

WHEN?

The best time is probably July or August because it is less warm, the windy months have not started and the whales are migrating. The turtles arrrive for nesting from the end of October to February
